Well the Exhibition season gets underway on Thursday night, and I think that the city of Ogden is ready to embrace this team. I do not think that we will have full house right now, but when this team starts to bring in the wins, this city will come out. This team looks good, and they are going to get some big wins. Lets make it out to Thursday game and see Weber kill a couple of goofy Canadians.

I found a link with one of McCarthy's big games - playing Idaho for the Big Sky Tournament Championship in 1982. Idaho was ranked #6 in the nation.

Our star of the team was Tom Heywood who later was drafted to the Golden St Warriors.

Talk about a total mismatch, I'm pretty sure we could have taken some guys out of the stands and made a better team than the guys from Canada. By the way, I didn't realize Canada allowed chicks to play on the guys team, it must be some new gender equality thing.
Our guards looked great and D-Will is a supa freak.
