Cal Bears upset

The Cougs played like they were in the Apple Cup, because they didn’t even come out of the locker room ready to play. 7 turnovers, 2 td’s called back on penalties, missed field goal, 9 sacks given up, 1 yard punt, fumble return for td, etc., etc., etc.

As good as Mike Leach is, his Cougs are great for a couple horrible efforts each season. Haven’t figured it out.

Hard to win when the turnovers are 7-0. Every good drive got marred by a penalty or turnover. That was as major as a malfunction gets.
