We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

From the ISU website, under Big Sky Polls:

Note: Senior day got a little shorter as Felix Caspari informed Joe O'Brien that he is quitting the team to concentrate on academics. He is scheduled to graduate. The loss leaves ISU with seven seniors. Caspari played in 28 games with no starts, scoring 3.0 points per game and 2.5 rebounds.

Slowly but surely the losses on this team seem to be mounting. I hope losing P. Taylor, AK (for a bit maybe longer), Segert (for a bit maybe longer) and Caspari don't end up costing ISU a chance at a BSC title run.

Caspari hurts very bad in my opinion, I loved the energy and the "piss and vinegar" that he seemed to bring to the team.

I think Austin is fine....he isn't doing full contact stuff yet but he wants to, which is a good sign. Biggest loss of Caspari is you are down to four post players, but there would be times ISU would do a four-guard lineup anyways. I liked Felix's energy too, but if their heart isn't in it, I'd rather they go now then later, you know?

Personally, I will miss Felix on the team this year. He is a gracious young man who found time to talk with me after a game last year. He and my son-in-law are from the same city in Brasil. A picture of Felix and me is still on my frig. I loved his energy on the court and his out-going personality. Good luck with your studies, Felix! I'll miss you! You'll always be a Bengal!
