Chances of being seeded?

This weekend all of the top 6 teams are playing away.
NDSU is at #11 Ill st,
MSU is at rival Montana,
#3 Sam Houston plays Texas A&M,
ODU is at #14 JMU,
we play @ PSU and
#6 GSU plays @ Georgia
If or more realistically when Sam loses @ Texas A&M will that drop them below us? The loss will put them @ 3 losses. And I could see any of the other teams ahead of the Eagles losing too.
What do you think the chances are of the BSC getting 2 seeds?
But if we don't beat PSU it does not matter.

I think the Sky is a lock for two seeds, between EWU, MSU, and maybe NAU or CP, depending on what happens this final weekend. Should be interesting with all the ranked vs. ranked games going on.

If the top five all win, I see:

1. NDSU
2. ODU
3. EWU
4. MSU
5. UNH

So we still have a shot at a 1 or 2 seed. If NAU, the cats, and us all win, the committee will have a little bit of a conundrum, but I think our SOS and H2H with the cats has to insure us one of two BSC seeds. If there are two, I would think they are both on the same side of the bracket.

A bunch of people have Sam getting the 5 even with a third loss at Texas A&M. They justified their top seed last year, have been destroying everyone after two early season losses to Baylor and Southland champ UCA, and have only played 3 home games. But they also have a non counter on the schedule.

ASU and GSU will get some consideration for the sake of spreading the wealth between conferences and more $'s for the NCAA with their attendance numbers. But I wod still be surprised to see any 8-3 team seeded in a year where there are viable 9-2 teams from other power conferences.

I agree with you on the seedings especially because of MSU 2 cup cakes in their schedule. Also if Sam Houston has a decent game they will get the 5th, but if they get blasted or look horrible they could drop like a rock.

Personally I wold love for another 2010 weekend where the top teams lose (obviously except us). I remember searching for feeds and watching the end of the Villanova game. Fun times.

If MSU and EWU both win this weekend, both should received Seeds. I wouldn't be surprised to see MSU get a higher seed than us if NAU beats Cal Poly...
