Chiverton Impact

Great news!!!!! Chiverton is officially back. http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2013/jan/03/four-corners-notes-chiverton-back-with-eastern/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I think this makes a huge difference and gives us a good chance of sweeping the Montana schools this week. Think about how well we played them last year. Should be a good game tonight. We turn the corner today!!!!!

It depends on which Chiverton shows up this weekend whether he has an impact.
I wish, but a sweep in Montana isn't going to happen. It would be great to get a split (win in Bozeman). I'm afraid we are a long way from being competive with the Griz.

He definitely had impact last night, his numbers bear that out. One thing I learned about him is HE CAN PASS, not just shoot!
It appeared to me his impact was more than just his scoring numbers but his contribution to team chemistry.

clawman,
Also "BLOCK, that was beautiful, he blocked the shot, then hustled down the floor, and hit the "3",
Great Game, now hope this propel the team so the can get some more wins. Being 2 &3, isn't bad, a few wins can propel us up the standings. Two teams are running away with the standings right now. Think Montana & Weber are 5 & 0. See you Saturday. Vic

Vic;
Good point, that shot by them could have closed the lead to 8 but Chiv blocked shot and subsequent 3 pointed moved the lead to 13.
If we beat Sac St we will be in a 3 0r 4 team tie for third.

His performance vs Sac St was VERY disappointing. His impact Saturday was a direct contrast to what he did on Thursday. Collin was acting like a punk spoiled kid. I wish coach would have benched him and let him sit out this game and any more games he acts like this for the balance of the season. Get a life Collin, the world does NOT revolve around you. :thumbdown:

Not sure what you have against Chiverton. He is a great player and we are lucky to have him. It will take time for him to get into a groove again. He missed a lot of time.

:thumbdown: Nothing against Chiv in particular just don't care for attitude against his team. You can read a lot buy a persons body language. During huddles that were on the video board he would not even look at coaches. When they broke after time outs his body language toward coaches was "up yours". It was very obvious there was a problem and he was taking it out on his team.

Makes sense. I watched game while at work so didn't have benefit of seeing what you saw. That is disappointing. I guess the bigger question is why is that type of behavior allowed?
