Coach BB Seemed Emotional After Game

During his interview w/ Roots TV crew Coach seemed to be getting a little choked up.

Did anyone else notice this?
Maybe he plans on taking another job at the end of the season and he really loves this team????

I talked with him briefly in the locker room after the game. It's funny you bring this up because I mentioned to my wife something similar. My take was that he was supremely happy and loving the team and his place with them.

Yes he was, if you watch the root sports broadcast. you will see he has a very long head to head talk with Ebukam, at the end of the game. I too think that this team is very special. You can see it on the side lines with team attitude, senior leadership, the underclassmen are striving in every way to exceed the goals of upperclassmen. I have hopes that we are Nat. Champs. but if not, this is one of the most remarkable teams that Eastern has ever had.

Agreed, this is a great team, that is part of a great program...a program with Baldwin's culture as the driving force behind it. I don't just love the fact we're good. I love the character of the coaches and players. This is a very high character program, and for me personally, that mean's a heck of a lot.

Possible, but I think it's more likely it was just an emotional win and he's tremendously proud of the team after last year's debacle in Missoula.
