Condolences to his family.

Wow, was it a car accident?

Thoughts and Prayers go out to his wife and family....

during my sons recruitment I had the opportunity to meet and speak with coach Brooks a few times. He always made a postiive impression....his passion for his and work, care for the players, and success of the school stood out most to me.

He will be truly missed

God Bless

It is always sad when a loved family member passes. It gives us all good reason to pause and remember the wonderful lives we are blessed to live.

Special people touch us in a wholesome way that remains part of our lives forever!

I met Coach Brooks a few times and was always impressed with his high standards and quality. Like the rest of the staff, he was the kind of man I want my sons to be around. He was a true gentleman and a great football man...... so much so that I am convinced that he was part of the Oregon State win.

Hornet players came together vowing to play hard for his memory which they honored by putting (TB) stickers on their helmets. No doubt Coach Brooks smiled down from the Heavens and lent a gentle ghostly hand by spooking the OSU lineman who jumped and cost their field goal team 5 yards, which turned out to be just enough for the miss.

Thank you Coach Brooks, you will always be part of the Hornet Family
