Coach of the Year?

A big-time Montana fan at CS.com has posited Marshall Sperbeck as BSC Coach of the Year. He cites our record (roughly equivalent to last year's and better in conference) against stiffer competition combined with the fact that we had a spate of injuries. He says that the last half of the year, Sac was as dangerous as any team in the Sky, especially one he had projected at 2-9.

Any comments? Is he right? I think so.

Sounds good to me! Coach Sperbeck is the only coach in the BSC whose team out performed pre season expectations. Maybe they will learn their lesson and not automatically consider us a BSC doormat in the future. I think that we earned some respect in the BSC this year.
