NCAA announced some huge changes today. Some in my opinion are very good and much needed, others are cosmetic to try to limit from the FBI / College Basketball probe and for practical purposes won't do much.

Either way nothing goes into effect unless / until the NBA and the NBAPA put them into the next collective bargaining agreement.
