• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

After losing to Princeton's competent rangy team (8 of their 14 players are 6 feet plus) we defeated Columbia's average team (only 7 of them are 6'+). Things are looking up. Misa was in and was hitting (10 points)though she fouled out early. Rivard was in for 6 minutes getting a feel of the ball finally. Once they're settled in we might have a pretty good team. I like Lantz's 9 assists.

The team will, hopefully, jell in the months ahead. It is, however, a Senior dominated team that shouldn't take long to establish their identity. They really, really need to work on defending the paint and helping each other on defense. Columbia is a terrible team whose record shows they were crushed by Fullerton and San Francisco and I do not believe you can read too much into the game or the wins against lower division teams. The next three games will show what PSU is made of as they play good teams. Oregon just beat Princeton by 20, Gonzaga is, well, Gonzaga and Tech lost to Tennessee by only 11 after being down by 5 with less than 7 minutes to go.

yes and the upcoming teams are knowns that we can actually base an opinion on...the rest of these teams were either unknown to us except by records, lower division, exhibitions....curious to see how we stack up. There is potential, I felt they looked much better but against a team with no wins (maybe one?) it doesn't mean much.
