Conference tourney - how are seedings determined

I know there are a few weeks left in regular season, but a question has been posted in a couple threads. :blah:

What does BSC use. in order, to determine the seedings of teams? If duplicate record in conference, what stats are used/compared to make the placement?

Any insights are appreciated.

I believe it to be:

1) League record.
2) Head to Head record.
3) Record against league teams in descending order.
4) Overall record.
5) RPI???
6) Coin toss.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.
