Congrats to the ISU Men and Bill Evans

A win is a win and this game should have been against Montana Western and it was. Some very good play out of Melvin Morgan - he can make things go and happen. Hansen with 20, as well. Sanchez with 17. Nice. Some impressive blocked shots that we haven't seen around ISU for a while, too. Thank you Mr.Preh.
Western had some real opportunities to close the gap on ISU but just never could.
Gotta give a few points to the refs helping ISU's cause more than a few times also - IMHO.
The Bengals seemed sloppy and uninspired at times especially for a stint in the second half when MW started to chisel the lead away (down to about 11 or 12).
The crowd was sparse and definitely not into it but maybe the overall play by both teams contibuted to that.

Frankly, ISU has a lot of work to do. Hopefully, they'll start to gel by the time the BSC games start.

Kudos to the quartet that sang the national anthem and to the acrobatic troupe that provided the half time entertainment.

Has to feel good to get that first win under their belt.

It will still be a long year for the Bengals with a lot of growing pains with new players/new system/etc... But it really looks like they have a plan and are slowly on the right path.
