He made a three pointer, was fouled on the play, and made the free through, for a 4 point play. It was against Montana. Tinkle looked like a Russian dancing bear, patting his head with both hands, looking skyward, and turning in circles several times. It was thrilling and hilarious at the same time. :thumb:

This was the loudest moment of the already raucous night, as the crowd went nuts, and Cherry lost it, and was poppin off to someone (Berry, Wheelwright?) Jamar tried to push Cherry towards the bench for the timeout, and Cherry pushed Jamar back pretty hard :lol: (UM called timeout after the 3, but before the foul shot.)

Huh. I guess that's acceptable so long as it's not Montana's bench doing it....

My seats are two row up, right behind the visiting teams bench. I hear and see most everything that goes on with visiting teams. I see, and hear, the coaches that are real jerks, and the ones who are quite professional. Your coaching staff is one of the better staffs I have seen over the years. Your team reflects that professionalism. This year, I did see one thing that bothered me a little bit. One of your good young players, # 24, had failed to step out on Berry as he was shooting a 15 ft jumper. Tinkle called a time out and yelled in the face of that kid for the entire time out. It was like he was taking the entire game's frustrations out on that one player. I thought it was a little uncalled for and unfair. It was probably an isolated incident and not an indication of how he is, as a coach, generally.

We will probably be seeing each other in a few weeks. Hang in there, brother! :thumb:

With all due respect everett, this was after a huge play that was not only an and 1 three point shot, it also was Jamar's 5th foul. These guys are pumped about a huge play, not crossing their legs in different positions during free throws. A little different, in my opinion. :twocents:

I thought that exact same thing when it happened, everettgriz. I think that is a fair argument.

Only thing I would say is this was spontaneous, not premeditated. I can understand being upset by the picture, though.
