I didn't think it would happen cause the little cap space the Seahawks had left. Guess letting go of Lockette helped.

Kupp is a competitor. Cant help but think he favpred an NFC West team to jam it down thw Rams' throats twice a year. Thw way they handled him for the last weeks of the season and into offseason was a travesty.
