Many are saying the 2008-09 Portland State Vikings are maybe the best Big Sky team in the past 8-10 years.
Who would say this year's Vikings could beat Jermaine's WSU team his senior season?
For those that need a refresher on the class of 2003
While a WSU Wildcat, Jermaine's teams beat: LSU, Wisconsin, BYU, Utah, Utah State, Nevada, Boise State, Colorado State, Bradley, UC-Santa Barbara.
He finished his senior season 16-0 in Big Sky and 26-6 overall and 30th in the nation in the AP Poll, and top 5 for Mid-Major Top 25.
Jermaine Boyette in the WSU record books:
#1 single season points - 657
#1 career free-throws made - 486
#2 career steals - 171, Baskerville is #1 with 172
#2 career steals average - 2.15
#3 for career points - 1,613
#5 career pts per game (2 season minimum) - 19 ppg
1 of just 4 three Time Big Sky Conference 1st Team
1 of just 6 WSU players to be named Big Sky MVP
Would Boyette laugh at the challenge of Jeremiah Dominguez?
