I see Cyrus being projected as a 6th/7th Round selection depending on the rest of this year. At worst, he'll be a UDFA.

In all likelihood, this is a testament to how good he really is. In actuality, he's probably higher, but he's probably being penalized for attending Sac as opposed to a "big-time" Eastern school that people back East recognize.

I don't think East coast bias plays a role in NFL evaluations.
