D Lill dribbling workout video

Here is a sweet video of Lillard doing dribbling drills with coach Phil. Pretty good stuff. If any kids want to learn to handle the ball better, here are some things they can do.

When was this video taken? When Lillard was still at Weber or after? Just curious. I have a 9th grade daughter who's developed into quite a player and would love to play for Weber. She got a chance over the Summer to run point for Northridge's varsity team on the big stage (DEC) and was in seventh-heaven! Gotta be a proud dad and show her off (see pics below). Now, come on, doesn't she look good in the Purple Palace and wouldn't she look even better wearing Weber State Purple?

She's a huge fan of Dame and loves this video. She's worked some of these drills before but is amazed at how consistent and precise he is with either hand throughout every drill. This also speaks volumes about Lillard's work ethic and he is such a great example to kids.

I love the comments on Dame and agree that he's developed into a very good guard, but don't forget the coaches who saw the potential, set expectations and executed on a vision.

Weber State is in very good hands. The coaching staff has a reputation for finding and developing top talent. They now need to turn that into championships!

DLill working out at the Stake Center. Wonder if they busted in through an open window? Anyone know who the other dude working out is? And is that catcat shagging balls?

That's awesome! My Grandfather help build that building and I've played there many a time, but only now is it a hallowed court :notworthy:

Might as well add an oldie but a goodie to this thread.

Video of D-Lill making a 3 to beat the Knicks in MSG. Great vid and great write-up.
