This is when it's confirmed for me that I'm really old ... seems like a really lame game (from back in the Artari age -see I told you I would date myself)! :roll:
 
With the amount of quarters I spent at the local convenience store on games like this, one would think I would score significantly higher! Guess I'll turn the controls over to my five year old. (I know, remembering these types of games and having a five year old don't seem to go together.....long story!)
 
Pretty basic strategy; clear all the lower invaders and pick off as many PSU logos as you can before finishing off the top tier invaders. Easier said than done though, as the highest I've gotten is around 3400.

Just made the top ten with this strategy:

I decided that I could not react fast enough to dodge them, so I needed to let probability be on my side.

If Portland State is going left, stay on their far left and stay on the far left of the barrier. Vice Versa if they are going right. Stick your gun barely out from behind the barrier. 50% of you is covered. Since you are on their far side and they are approaching you, you get a "hit them before they can hit you" opportunity. Just spam the space bar! You'll still have to move around and kill some stuff, because they are able to get too low using this. But you get to kill 75% of them risk free.
 
Wow RJones, if Walsh ever leaves as our Defensive Coordinator, you have got my vote. A truly great strategic mind at work!
