With school being out and the Holiday season upon us, how many fans do you all think are going to grace the Dee with their presence? As for the Gauchos...it should be an interesting game. To bad Nadim already graduated. I really wanted to yell crap at him. Maybe I should resurrect the most hated Wildcats thread. Anyway, What are we to expect from this team? Are they as good as they were last year? They did lose to USU, but on a last second shot. I think this is going to be an excellent game against two good teams. If you aren't there, you'll be missing out!

David James might even mention this game since he is Gaucho. I am sure we will have another 2-3K fan base show up like the other night.

Free basketballs will be given to the first 2,000 fans 12 and under to arrive at tonight's game. ... WSU is offering a 5-for-30 deal tonight where families can get five tickets to the game, five hotdogs and five drinks for $30. ... The Utah Jazz Dunk Team will be tonight's halftime entertainment.

The Gauchos have two players that were All-Big West players last year; James Powell and Chris Devine...and a number of other weapons that can score and defend well. Unfortunately, the Gauchos are coming into Ogden with the Cats playing good ball. Davis, Lillard, and McCoy are executing efficiently and getting the job done. This is a great home game against a good mid-major team. It must have taken coach some wrangling to get the Gauchos to even come to Weber, but I really like the match-up.

Nice win cat's, Mahoney did a nice job on covering Devine. Let's hope Panos can take Luke the puke to school like tonight's 7'-2" kid. I am looking for Lillard bounce back big time at the game Saturday.
