The assistants are eager to prove they can coach and grateful for a full time opportunity. They will know how to talk to young kids when recruiting as well as selling current players and helping them progress.
Defensively, ISU will move to a 3-4 scheme.
Mark Campbell will focus this spring on lifting and speed work. Kramer and Campbell appear to be on the same page. Kramer is upfront and honest about what he expects from the Strength and Conditioning aspect of his program. This will be very important as the tempo that Kramer desires on offense will require the team to be in exceptional physical shape.
THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE IN POCATELLO ALREADY! Kids are saying that it is already a very noticeable change. DO NOT EXPECT MUCH ATTRITION!
