There are a lot of familiar names here and experience we could use. Anyone know why?
I know Shaq Hill is out for the season and Sam "smash" McPherson is injured and Anthony Lino has an injured ankle but what happened to Wadood, Moe Roberts ... other upper classmen?

Rashad Wadood is the one that is the great mystery to me. Our coverage has been quite poor for several weeks now. Wadood is good in coverage and also a good tackler. It seems like his skill set would really benefit our defense. If nothing else, play him at CB and move one of the others guys to safety where we look awful right now. Or move Wadood to safety. Anything that can be done to improve at that position is an immediate need.

Jonah Jordan started Game 1 and got hurt Game 2, and was available game 4, but he was but on non-traveling practice team and been there ever since and not seen snaps. I suspect several of theses players are on the practice squad and not getting snaps.
One of the reasons I've questioned this coaching staff ability to lead a defense. Serious head scratching decisions going on with this defensive staff. hno: hno: hno:

It's hard to second guess this coaching staff with all the success they have had but there have been many head scratchers this season, especially on the defensive side.

I thought Jonah Jordan looked promising early on but seems like he got injured at some point. Malcolm Williams seemed like a nice change of pace back, but I don't remember seeing him since Montana State. Same with McPherson; so many injuries. One thing I have noticed is that must of our runs seem to be straight up the middle with Jalen Moore and Jabari Wilson. We don't run a lot off tackle and it seems like defenses have keyed into the fact that we don't seem to have a home run hitter in the backfield. A guy that can get into space and make people pay.

SR reporter suggested that based on some of his tweets a month or so ago that Wadood may be in the coaches' doghouse.
