Somebody calling himself Bengal posted this on the Griz board. This is news to me. Anybody?

"The Big Sky athletic directors voted a few weeks ago to reduce the Big Sky post-season tournaments (both men's and women's) to just four teams, and go back to Friday-Saturday road trips, both cost-savings moves. The presidents will consider the proposals, along with a number of others, at the Big Sky meetings in May. Friday-Saturday games will really reduce the quality of basketball and make it much more difficult to get road wins. The league tried this in 2001-2002 to cut back on classroom time lost by athletes, but it was not a good experience."

Sounds like a stupid idea if you ask me. Back to Back games suck in the NBA and they are paid professionals.
