1. Lots of talk about microaggressions, equity, struggles of minority students, etc.
2. He did talk about the importance of athletics of on campus (Rec, Club, etc.). Nothing specific about D1 teams or facilities.
3. Plan to increase on-campus housing population.
4. Increases to campus security.
5. Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion (will follow "JEDI" along this journey).
6. New $1M grant for Faculty/Student combined research projects.
7. No nods to Dr. Nelsen.
