Eags win - Craziest game ever

After getting steam-rolled the entire 3rd quarter and watching Adams fumble the ball when we were driving in the 4th I thought for sure this game was over. Big props for finding a way to pull it out. Unbelievable.

Agreed, I lost faith in my team when I saw the fumble. Never again. Great win Eagles!
 
great win but lets be totally honest. we got lucky. we were not prepared to stop the run even though the coaches knew that this was exactly what they were going to do. The 3rd quarter was a total disaster! Had we tried to throw downfield much earlier we would have moved the ball much more effectively!

What a game...2nd half was pretty ugly except for the last 5 minutes.

What a fantastic finish, great crowd, hell of a game!!!

UND is a good team. No big weaknesses that I saw. Game was closer than the score.

This. I know Minnerly was in a sling. Who else?

No need to apologize for winning, but I have concerns again with the defense and our ability to run the football. But hats off to Vernon Adams. He had a rough stretch in the 2nd half but statistically a solid game and threw no picks. The scramble and vision on the game winner was fun to watch. :thumb:
 
I am impressed with how cleanly both teams played. Eagles had 6 penalties for 37 yards and the Griz had 7 for 54 yards, seemed even lower than that during the game. A testament to the quality coaching of our Oline was the lack of holding penalties or linemen down field when our QB is scrambling all over, especially the last TD play they gave Adams a lot of time, he scrambled and threw and no holding or linemen downfield.
Good Job coaches Best and Strandley!
 
DVR'd the game (on at the same time as the Cal Poly/UND game) and just watched it. WOW, what a great finish.

Looking forward to seeing the Inferno in person November 3rd. BTW, the new video board looks great.
