Next up, the Mountaineers from La Grande. EOU lost last week to Montana Tech at home. Their only win was against Southern Oregon. I still can't see this as being much of a game. It would be nice to get off to a quick start and get everyone in. I'm still trying to recover from our start against Simon Fraser.

Games like this set the tone for the season in my opinion. It's easy to "get up" for Boise or Arkansas because you feel you have something to prove. Playing disciplined / dominant football against a lesser opponent shows a team of maturity, one that can set the stage for conference play. This game is important.
