Congratulations Jim on your 300th win. Quite an accomplishment!
Very entertaining game today. Wondering why so many starters were still on the floor when the Eagles were up by 20 points with just minutes to go in the game. We know what they can do and the younger players don't learn much sitting on the bench.
Impressive to score over 100 points but... we gave up over 80 to an NAIA team.

Clawman, Eastern Oregon can score 3's very quickly. That was a quality NAIA team. I don't think coach was taking anything for granted and 10 or 11 EAGS played in the game.

Admittedly, I didn't watch this game and I don't know anything about EOU's BB team, but giving up that many points to an NAIA team gives me serious cause for concern. I'm cautiously optimistic about this season given the start, but Hayford's EWU teams have looked great during stretches before, only to collapse. I hope he proves me wrong about him being the right HC for us.

That is a quality NAIA team with some good drop down players that shot very well tonight. Watching the game I never felt it was out of the EAGS control.

Nothing wrong with skepticism SE, only time will tell how good this EAGS team is. This December road game stretch will be very interesting.

This team is for real and when the season is finished will be the most successful team in the schools history. They went into Indiana on their home court and trailed by 12 showing guts and determination and not giving up.This team will win at least 22 games but i would not be shocked if they won 25. The team has had a great start to the season but the best is yet to come.

Are you THE John Randa - the Canadian who was my favorite Eastern player in the mid eighties, the one who was a monster on the boards, always gave 100% and was very physical?

I am that player from the eighties allweatherfan2.Thanks for the kind words you said.I am very excited about this team and looking forward to watching them play in the NCAA tournament in March.
