Evans Announces Two Assistant Coaches

POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State men's basketball coach Bill Evans has announced that Andy Ward and Jay Collins will join him on the staff as assistant coaches. Both played for Evans when he was the head coach at Southern Utah and both have vast experience recruiting in the Intermountain West.

Any word on Potter?......He is a great representative for ISU .....i think "no news" is a bad omen for him coming back....... hno: .

In order to be considered for a FT position, Potter has to have his degree. From what I understand he should have it by the end of fall semester. While Potter may or may not be on staff this season, I really believe that it is very likely that he is an assistant at ISU at some point down the road and who knows, they may keep his as a PT assistant. I think everyone knows, including Coach Evans, what an asset JP is to the ISU program.
