• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

The Halloween EWU Coaches Show will feature Coach Jim Hayford on Monday. For those of you who don't have Halloween duty, come out to Northern Quest to hear our new coach in person. You can listen in on KXLY 700 AM, our local ESPN affiliate, or tune in via the internet at http://www.700espn.com/.

Coach Hayford and his staff have been working hard to prepare us for our first game against Gonzaga on November 11 at the Kennel. Tune in or attend and hear directly from our new coach on how the season looks in late October. We have big expectations regarding this team, both on and off the court. It will take time for us to win the Big Sky but that is the goal this season, even if it isn't realistic. We won't win the Big Sky in November or December but our pre-season schedule will get us ready to compete, no matter how brutal it is. Local basketball fans know the Gonzaga story and we need to play anyone, anywhere in order to build our program. Jim Hayford will get this done, not overnight but it will happen. We all wish Coach Earlywine well and appreciate how hard he worked at EWU. We are moving forward. Go Eagles!
