22-19 Hornets with 6:06 left in the 1st. It's a back and forth game. Hornets need to tighten down on defense. They are giving up too many open shots. Both teams are drilling 3's. Looks like we are in for another barn burner.
 
Dickson drills a 3 to put the Hornets up by 9! 30-21 Sac with 3:33 left in the 1st. Timeout EWU.
 
The Hornets got hot at the end of the first half. They pushed the lead to 11 and started to play consistently. They have also been rebounding a lot better compared to their last performance. If they play this way the rest of the way they should win this game.
 
49-38 Hornets with 12:45 left. Hornets are still playing solid. EWU still not out of it if they can get hot from 3 range.
 
Hornets are starting to lose their edge. EWU cuts it to single digits with just over 10 minutes.
 
Steal then dunk by Eller stretches the lead back to 56-45 for the Hornets. 7:48 left in the game.
 
Eller picks up his 4th foul with 4:52 left. 58-52 with 4:52 left. EWU was on a run and Katz failed to use a timeout to stop the momentum.
 
60-54 Hornet lead with just under 4 to play. Moving screen on Selling gives EWU the ball back.
 
TB drills a shot but then doesn't cover his man as EWU drills a 3 on the other end. 62-59 Hornets with 2:19 left.
 
NICE!! Flaggs feeds Eller in the paint and he jams it home. Then EWU follows up with an offensive foul. 1:54 left 5 point Hornet lead.
 
Flaggs drills a 3 but the Hornets give up an easy layup on the other end. 67-61 Hornets with 1:18 left. Hornets will need to make their FT's to win this one.
 
Katz is killing me. How is there not a full court press to make it difficult for EWU to advance the ball! 70-65 Hornets with 20.1 seconds left.
