We looked doggone good...wow!

EAGS started kinda rough, forcing shots and not running offense well. They gained momentum in second half. Kim Aiken did a great job defending their senior guard in the second half. Tanner Groves had some key offensive rebounds and put backs. Ellis Magnuson is super poised for a true freshman. Jacob Davison just scored the entire game ending with 39 points and had 5 assists. An overall good game for the EAGS.

The team has played a relatively strong schedule ....especially on the road. So now that they are getting into conference play (easier part of their schedule) they should be lightening people up. Looking forward to seeing what they can do versus GU. Especially since they both played UW will give us a good measuring stick as to what type of a team they really are.

This is one of the strongest pre seasons we have had in recent years. Remaining we have:

1 D2 at Home
1 winnable D1 game at home
1 Beatdown from Gonzaga to serve as a good measuring stick.

This team is talented enough to run the big sky, but they have had hard times with full season consistency. I would love for 22 win season this year.
