hey ratso stop singling out individuals....guess that's why you're ratso, it's rude, they know without being told when things haven't gone well...bash the coaching decisions all you want, leave the individual players' names out of it - not cool

yes but they (players) know what they need to do too, they don't need someone from the outside to point out the obvious as I said it's rude and unnecessary to single them out by name....

Hey Ratso, I agree with Freja that it's poor form to single out individual girls for their shortcomings. Don't you think they get enough of that from the coaches??? You're not the only one who analyzes the stats. I'm sure the coaches do the same thing after each game in an effort to improve play. It's very easy to look at the numbers, find fault with individual play, sitting in your easy chair, after the game is over, and in hindsight. What's hard is using these stats to figure out where the teams' weaknesses are and then use the data, in a positive way, to improve. What good does it do to be so negative?
This, I believe, is where our main problems lie. Negative feedback is pervasive and has contibuted to declining production on the court. This is a problem from the head coach on down. This harms team morale and motivation immeasurably and has lead to declining performance during our most important games of the season. It's not as if the girls have stopped giving effort, but they look to me like they're going through the motions, afraid of making mistakes, and suffering the wrath...
Where is the positive instruction?
I hate to say it but we look like a beaten dog.
