oh dear, what is going on....???? :o
Does Murrell ever have a consistent starting line-up/player rotation? It might help the players, seems a constant theme with this coach. The theme being nothing is routine, as a player I would want to know who I was in with...teammates' tendencies are key to quick, effective ball movement; just seems they never have a chance to develop team chemistry for play-making. sad.

WE do have a starting line-up - look at the minutes. Greene's in for Lanz, and honestly she's doing a better job than Lanz. Misa and Brock, then Lampman and VanBrocklin. That's the first team. Easom comes in fairly regularly now, and fortunately is beginning to hit some shots. Unfortunately, we're doing a rotten job on free throws. That and poor job on 3s is what killed us. Face it, we have only a couple sure shooters on the team. I'm inclined to think Murrell is doing the best she can with what she's got. Next year we may be better, if Krug comes on and we get decent recruits. But we'll be missing VanBrocklin. I'm hoping Greene can take her place. In the meantime, Go Viks!

You are optimistic, different lineup tonight v Utah than any we e have seen . there was a good group in for a bit but then easom gets yanked while she has the hot hand and ball handling is missing easom has great potential to be the missing outside threat coupled with rivard could spread the D. Keep working and don't give up

Easom was certainly ready to shoot last night; 5-13 from the field, 1-10 for the three. She hit a fair number, but shot more. For a freshman, however, she was great. Lots of steals, rebounds, and she didn't turn it over much. Greene, Easom, VanBrocklin, Misa and Rivard the starting lineup? I won't give up on this team yet.

I don't know what you guys are smoking to have such hope for the future!

We are 3-7 in league play, heading off for 2 road games in Montana, have played most of the tough Big Sky teams at our house and lost, stink with our outside shooting, have suspect ball handling, don't have any offensive schemes, rarely set screens, have started 8 different line-ups in our 10 league games, and have a coach who throws the team under the bus rather than taking ANY personal responsibility after losses. Barring a miracle, there no way we are going to make the Big Sky Tourney this year, even with the field expanded to 7 teams.
