This is an example of why the early Sam Houston vs Eastern Washington is going to be amazing for exposure.

According to a USA TODAY report, the college season will begin at its earliest point in 11 years when Sam Houston State plays at Eastern Washington on Aug. 23 in what's being called the "FCS Kickoff."

And while I'm not a big fan of FCS, at least it is college football.
