It is not a tournament. Just a showcase. It looks like we just have one game against Portland at the Moda Center. Not a bad match up.

There may well be a deal in the mix for a return game at the Dee. Not sure if it would be the following year or two years out, but I would wager that there is something in the works. I think that Randy is doing everything he can to upgrade our home schedule. It may take a few of these sorts of things to get some teams in here, but I really like the effort. :notworthy:

Not a bad addition for the Cats. I'm hoping that Weber gets a return game from the Pilots in the future, but I'm not holding my breath on that one. Rahe has tried, with some success, to get a WCC teams to play us. What I don't get is that this is only going to be a 1 game classic for the Cats. Which is fine, but still somewhat weird. It looks like the organizers wanted to make it into a bigger tournament but couldn't get another team, or Tinkle just didn't want to play Weber :kisswink: . Who knows...To bad that Weber doesn't get a second game. Would have loved to have been able to play Oregon State on Friday and Portland on Saturday. Cal State Fullerton is lucky. Weird that they brought in another team in Tulsa. They should get another team and play three games in three days.
