So that article got me thinking of the Ten Biggest Moments in EWU FB this DECADE...
These come to my mind in no particular order:
EWU National Championship
Runner Up to National Championship
Defeating #25 Oregon State
Defeating Big Brother WSU
Kupp wins Walter Payton
Bo Levi Mitchell wins Payton
JT Sherritt wins Buchannon
Defeating FBS IDAHO in IDAHO
Losing to UW on last second INT in the END-ZONE
Defeating Sam Houston - 1st Game in all of FB that season

Those were all amazing, but the quoted above was one of my favorites.

All of those selections are worthy, IMO.

I'd add beating Maine in the semifinals to the list. We were playing with football zen that day... maybe the best all-around performance I've ever seen in Cheney. We were just fantastic in that one.

Also, I might add when we beat Montana in 2012 to the list. We played absolutely awful for about 3 1/2 quarters and came back to win. Brandon Kaufman batted the onside kickoff down and we scored quickly to rally. That was the opposite of Maine- Eastern was pretty bad in the game overall- but it showed a lot of character to rise up and get the W.
