Y'all get four votes, one for each game

SEMO @ Weber St
Nicholls @ EWU
UNI @ UC Davis
Jacksonville St. @ Maine

SEMO @ Weber St: If Weber has to throw the ball around much SEMO has a chance in this one; don't think that will be necessary

Nicholls @ EWU: See game specific thread
UNI @ UC Davis: I didn't watch much of the UNI game last week but believe Hawkins is a cut above as HC and will have his talent ready this week. That said if UNI can create some turnovers, it will be a bad day for the BigSky

Jacksonville St. @ Maine: Jax St isn't the most disciplined team, more like a gaggle of athletes. Expect a tough Maine team to wear them down in the cold. Not saying it isn't cold down here, it just looks colder up there :)

Home teams are coming off a bye week, and your basic home field advantage are too much to overcome.
Many FCS teams rarely fly to their regular season games so long trips compound that.

Wow pretty even split between jax and maine. That should be a really competitive game.

Know Grass at Jax is using the fact they didn't get a seed as motivation, but it will be chilly and Maine is a physical run team. Should be a close game like you say

Maine comes out smoking. They are throwing the ball better than I thought they could. 1 TO and one deep throw for TD's. 14-0 Maine in 1st qtr.

Catastrophe, Bread over proofed while Jax St fails to score inside the five and Blackbears run it down their throats for another score 42-14 under 2 min to half

Man I watched the JSU/Kennesaw game a couple weeks ago and thought JSU was legit. Watching Maine dismantle them has got me questioning both of those teams now.

Gonna say that game was Jax St's best game of the season. They haven't given up against Maine 3+ scores is a lot to overcome though. 49-24 with a couple minutes in 3rd to go. Maine has a nice front 4 and playing big in the defensive backfield.

Colgate v JMU a close one

Just like I suspected, Kennesaw doesn't look like anything to write home about so far.

Monsoon all morning here. Neither Wofford or KSU has Eastern level talent but KSU is well coached and albeit a little undersized, their athletes have next level agility and strength. It is their 4th year as a team. Think KSU would have tromped through the CAA this season with 1 loss maybe. They do know how to finish games as only the Jax St and Georgia State games where close.

Sure but won't those the only decent teams they played? All I'm saying is they don't seem to be a big threat of making a run to Frisco. Could be wrong. They don't look that great to me, regardless the weather or how long they've been a team.
