FCS Playoffs 2nd Round EWU @ UM Game Day Thread

Short week with the Friday night game ESPN.

Thats not long to put in a little different look from our O but if the Eagles do the same thing as recent weeks it will not be good. Hauck is too good to think we are going to do the same thing and get away with it.

Gotta say, looking forward to this one. Short week won't matter from a game planning perspective. Teams know each other and neither Montana or Eastern will be better than they already are. As good as UNI's DL was, I still think Montana's is better with better db's. The new found defensive intensity is more than a match for Montana's offense... Full speed ahead. ;-)

I don't think this game will be close. We saw how confused Barriere looked the last time you all came into Missoula. I think the defensive pressure, noise, and maybe even the weather will be too much for him and the Chickens to overcome. Montana's offense had only improved since the first game and the defense is a lot better than what UNI showed yesterday.

You heard it here first!

Montana's defense is comparable to UNI, Weber, or MSU. Did you forget that we've played you already this season?

You may win, but it's not going to be by 35 points. Dream on dude. :coffee:

Nice first post. :shake: Do the Griz have some sort of secret weapon that we didn't get a look at the first time we played?

GTFO with that BS.

No secret weapons but we have Cam Humphrey back. You were lucky to beat us earlier in the season when we had our second string QB in the game.

well Cam was in the game all but the final 30 seconds...but I agree griz will win this one big.

Congrats on knocking off UNI. I don't know which team will prevail Friday. It would be great to see a Big Sky team run the table though.

Yes! His name is Kent Haslam! And according to some absolute ass tards over here he is the sole reason EWU was screwed out of a seed! Well now they are about to unleash the full power of Haslam. You ain’t seen nothing yet! 😂

He’s gonna look pretty foolish if after all his effort to pave Montana’s path in this game, they still lose.

I’m confused. Your backup Qb is the guy responsible for giving up 21 points in the 4th quarter?

Yes but that's a tall order to ask a guy to come into a game cold like that and get the win. Cam would have got it done. I just watched a replay of the second half of the EWU game and I retract my previous statement about the outcome of the Griz-EWU. I'm now predicting a 56-10 victory for the Griz. The chickens special teams and offense are a lot worse than I thought. Any predictions?

Here's some advice. In the film room, don't show your QB that slobber-knocker hit that Jack Sendelbach unleashed on him. He might wet himself.

That Dopa in your name is pretty damn fitting. I’m shocked you’re still on the Haslam conspiracy theory. Please bring your tin hat to Missoula!

In fact I completely blame Haslam for the rain and cold yesterday, and the fact your offense couldn’t score more than 20, and the reason there were only 3000 people in attendance….he’s also the mastermind behind your Gateway project never getting off the ground! Damn you Kent!!!
