Maybe I'm viewing this incorrectly, but does it seem like there are an awful lot of really good FCS team this year? Everyone in the top 7 is exceptional. Charleston Southern is the first ranked team I'm not all that sold on. There's about 10-12 teams in the top 25 that all ought to have legit title aspirations this year.

And realistically, only about 4-5 that have a legitimate shot.

I'm not really sold on any of the teams from the Southern. Charleston Southern at #8 with a 3-2 record? I know that one of those losses was to NDSU in OT and the other to an FBS, but based on all their problems should they really be ranked in the top 10? South Dakota St and UNI where they are with 2-2 records also seems questionable.
