I want to donate 5 tickets. Was just on the site and it was asking me where to pick up the tickets and the only option was will call. Does that mean that we pick up the tickets and give them to people in the community that we know, or will the University organize that side of things?

+2 from me. When you put the Donatetix promo code in, it defaults to the tickets being donated and available at will call. I assume the university then manages the giveaway.

Also, word to whoever can help with this... Many companies, mine included, require donations on American Express. Not taking Amex restricts my giving to the EAF as well as promotions like this. It would be EXTREMELY beneficial to accept Amex.

Confirmed with Ashley in ticket office, you do not pick up tickets. EWU will make sure they get to a deserving fan. :thumb:

I spoke last night with Ashley at the ticket office and he said they have sold "a few hundred" through this promotion, which was a promo he used at the prior school he worked at.

Great job Ashley! I hope we continue to do this in the future.
