I think PSU will for sure get 20 wins and we have a very good chance. I don't think anyone else can do it unless EWU is legit then maybe they could.

I love how ISU is 3-11 and they could be a possible conference contender. I think UM will split their last two games, but other than that I think that is right on. I'm glad that Weber starts the Conference with a home game against UNC before going to the Northwest to face Eastern and Portland State. Its good to get this road trip out of the way early. Especially since PSU and EWU both could contend and have to come to Weber and ISU at the end of the season. If Weber could come home with two wins or a split they would be in an excellent position. I think Weber has a pretty decent schedule set up. It could be good to go up to MT on two different occassions allowing the Cats time to prepare for both UM and MSU. Also, its great having a lot of home games at the end of the conference season.

Think how sweet it would be to have us or ISU host the conf tourney!! Let's pull for the Bengals this year minus our 2 games against them!

Not that it matters, but the Bobcats actually have three non-conference games before the conference season begins in earnest. We do play Fullerton on the 22nd, but we host our annual Grantree Holiday tournament on the 28th & 29th. The first night we play Lethbridge, and depending on the outcome of the other game that night, then we play either the winner/loser of the Utah Valley/Norfolk State game. Currently, we are 5-4, so we could finish anywhere between 8-4 (if we win all three) to 5-7 (if we lose all three). Personally, I think beating Fullerton will be a task on the road, but we posted a nice win against them a couple weeks ago, so who knows. I see us doing a 7-6 before conference play begins.

We also have two non-conference games scheduled during the conference season. We play at Southern Mississippi on Saturday January 24, and then we are also a Bracket Buster team this year, which will take place on the road against a yet-to-be-named team.

I hope the Bobcats beat Fullerton and UV-Tech. Lethbridge...thats automatic. We'll tell you after tomorrow about Southern Miss. First the Cats have to get past Texas Pan American thought, tonight.

If Weber doesn't win it all and hosts, I always hope for the next closest school to host. So naturally I hope that ISU would host, then MSU, UNC, NAU, SAC, EWU, PSU, and UM. I never want to go back to missula. Bozeman was great!! There was only one incident as we left the arena, but other than that it was great.

MSU and EWU are looking to not be anything like what we expected...

It will be a fight this year for the teams to get in the conf tourney.

I think the only team that won't be in is Sac. I think MSU and EWU coudl finish in the top 4. Why not???

I agree.... Maybe Weber should have let Earlywine coach and told talkin Joe to clean the toliets. Eastern looks fairly decent. There last few games have been blow-outs though, but their schedule is far tougher than PSU's and UM's. MSU.... Complete Surprise. I thought MSU would be rebuilding this year. Just like I thought NAU would be rebuilding last year... At least I'm dependable. NAU and UNC... haven't looked consistent, but one never knows. UNC has the talent, and NAU has the bald man... sooo could be an interesting season. Sac has been progressively getting better this season. they are a tougher team than last year. I'm glad that Weber is playing them in Sac early in the season. While their still gelling... They will win a few conference games.

I'm not sure about that; I am thinking we can finish in the top 6 however and get into the Big Sky tourney. Right now I see the top spot being battled for by PSU, ISU and you guys. PSU may be slightly above the rest. I think it goes:

PSU
WSU
ISU
NAU
MSU
UM
EWU
SSU
UNC

I think MSU is a guarentee, you don't beat a Big 12 and Pac 10 and then not be competitive in the Big Sky. Also, MSU won at Long Beach, which was something we couldn't do, even ISU lost to LB at home.

I think your top 6 could or will happen, my top 6:

top 5 to get in big sky tourney of hte 6 spots: psu/isu/wsu/msu/um

it was too hard to pick an order as well picking the last team in is very difficult.

I could see EWU/NAU/UNC making it. UNC has never made it...EWU is looking pretty good, NAU, well they have been so good these last 4 years, we'll see if they pick it up or if its a true rebuilding year. They do have some new fresh that are supposed to be good.

The order I'm hoping for:

1. WSU
2. ISU
3. PSU
4. MSU
5. UM
6. NAU

7-9. UNC/EWU/Sac

5. UM @ 4. MSU
6. NAU @ 3. PSU
