I am calling my shot now. We win this upcoming week!!! FIRST HOME GAME THE TEAM HAS HAD IN A CALENDAR MONTH!!! We will not turn the ball over like that at HOME. I think special teams will be WAY BETTER at HOME. I know UND is GREAT this season but I am sticking with my pick! I feel this is our week coming up. Gosh I know its a a lot to ask after the last two games but man we REALLY need Holt Arena to be an absolute nightmare for UND to enter into.

I completely agree that this is a winnable game for ISU, especially at home. I don't think that they WILL win, but I'm not as arrogant as fans of some other Big Sky teams, to think it isn't possible. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch the entire game last season ... thanks a lot Eversports.

I will add that last season, we lost without our starting QB. Unfortunately, we don't have a ton of depth after Studsrud, and after a slow start to the season, he is red hot. Also, as good as we were last year at the RB positions, we are even deeper this year. Santiago, Oliveira, Gordon, Norberg have all been tremendous.

Defense is really good, especially run d. Waiting to see if our top Safety, Cole Reyes, is back from a hammy issue. Sat out this past weekend.

Can't wait for Saturday. This could be a trap game for UND, but I'm thinking we get buy and take a little revenge on a loss that kept us out of the playoffs last season. Hope it is a fun one!

If anyone wants to chat with the UND fans, come on over to siouxsports.com

I expect to see a ton of blitzing this week to get to ISU's QB. ISU's offense is all pass, and I don't think we will have any issue containing the run, but we MUST limit or eliminate the BIG plays. UND's running back committee should gouge the Bengals this week, and if they want to play an all-out run defense, it is very nice to know that Studsrud has built some chemistry with his WRs. True freshman Travis Toivenen looks good, but I’m am so impressed with another True freshman, Noah Wanzek; The kid just does not drop the ball.

Hoping Cole Reyes will be back, as Safety, to help shut down the pass attack from ISU. Definitely would like another marginal victory. I’m going to say the offense continues rolling.

48-20 UND!

I am taking UND to win on Saturday. Two reasons why - UND beat two good teams in SUU and Cal Poly this season. Does ISU have a chance? The Vegas guys have UND favored by 17 points. If ISU wins this game than that will be the upset of the week and maybe the upset of the year in the Big Sky. Good luck Bengals...
