Super excited for tonight. I will be late arriving, but come say hi if you see me. I'll be the guy in the UPS uniform. Should be there by halftime. GO EAGS!!!!

Great win for the Eags against a solid Fullerton team with a guy I remember being a huge recruit for Cal, Seeley. Jois is looking like a great combo rebounder, scorer, with a great FG %. ESPN said there were only a little over 700 people there so lets hope when the class schedules become more convenient, more people show up for the Eages

I was out of town and did not get to see the game, but we must have played pretty good defense to hold CSF to 38%. Hopefully this will show the guys how important defense is. Good win.

Right now he is leading the Big Sky in rebounding and he can really score too. This guy is only a Freshman and if he puts in the work I can see him as an all-Conference type guy for the next 3 years.

Looks like they may RS Danny Powell due to the hand injury, too bad. Also sorry to hear about Chiverton's mom and best friend, must be a very difficult time for him. Looks like he may be taking an extended leave of absence, not sure if he will be back on the team or not.

Great win, great second half performance, holding them to 28% shooting. Venky could be a star already, no doubt about it. 3 double-doubles in his first 7 games, I imagine that is a pretty rare feat!

Eagle1900,
I did enjoy the game on Friday. CS Fullerton, has a fantastic team, our team came out the second half, and played their butts off. I am so much impressed with the entire team and Coaches. Venky Jois, Thomas Ruyter,(sp) Cogsgill (sp) Parker Kelly, Martin (#12), and bench Players were very impressive.

If you have time on Tuesday about 6pm, come to Swinging Doors on West Francis, a few bldgs. on your right past Monroe St, Coach will have his weekly meetings there. We had a great turnout last Tuesday, many that came had their wives with them. Great Food. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

FWIW, UW Huskies who are usually pretty damn good, just edged CS Fullerton 74-72 last night in Seattle. CS had a 14 point lead on them at halftime.

Thx Vic. Would love to meet you. You are a popular guy on here. Regarding attendence it doesn't look like it was that good of a crowd at only about 700. Fans need to do better.

Eagle 1900,
Once you enter Reese Court, after you present your ticket(s) to the attendants, keep down the steps, new section seating LD, I am on your right , seats 11 & 12. Will be at Idaho Game 12/06/12, 605pm. Reference the crowd, I normally judge the crowds from the students on the other side. We had a lot of Students, our side wasn't as crowded. Looking forward to meeting you. Vic

Vic, looks like you sit right in front of me. I''m just on the other side of the wall that seperates the new seats from the mezanine. Usually on weekdays I'm in my UPS uniform. December is hard for me to make the games on time, so I'm usually there by halftime. My son is waiting for me most of the time. I'll say hi to you on thursday....if I can make it on time. Gotta get those Christmas presents to the little children. :thumb:
