10 days til NAU @ U of A.
Have the Jacks fans who were here last year arisen from their moping slumber and realized that NAU is returning a pretty good team? I predict the games @ U of A, Montana State and Cal Poly to be the toughest. Southern Utah's had NAU's number now going on two seasons if I'm correct. EWU, Cal Poly and MSU all lost a lot of talent, have suffered their share of injuries or should punch their schedule maker in the sack...I don't see any of these teams going through conference unscathed. U of M is bound to be more with it than last season but the Griz can't count on guaranteed wins like they used to. Sacramento State is always good for a tough game and a few upsets each season. UND has 7 home games (their toughest ones) and only 4 road games which favors them to do well. Big Sky should be fun this season.
8-3 is my best guess as to NAU's final record. Hope I'm right...or wrong and they finish 9-2 or 10-1 instead.
Anyone going to Tucson on the 30th...Bueller...Bueller?
