Looks like a great RB. Will team with former West Virgina RB Mark Rodgers who signed with Cal Poly last year to give them two big threat at SB in our triple option offense.

Always happy to see players who have transferred get another shot/do well. Good luck to Deonte. He certainly had a nice year playing for the Lumberjacks.

SloStang - Any internet coverage for your hoops team when NAU plays out there in a week or so?

They have game tracker and and an audio link (radio broadcast) on the schedule page on the Cal Poly website and video through the Big West (not sure what they charge). They usally post links a day or two before the game.

I hear that each football team will have two rivals (play each year) in the Big Sky in 2012. Most are speculating that Cal Poly's will be UC Davis and NAU and NAU's will be Cal Poly and Southern Utah. If so we will be seeing each other each year. I am looking forward to it.
