Ime Udoka, a former Portland State Viking, had a career-high 18 points for San Antonio against the Lakers last night. Udoka was a nice player for PSU, making the All-Big Sky team in 1999-2000, but he certainly wasn't a guy you'd say would be an NBA player. On ESPN last night, they said he's played for I don't know how many different teams, overseas and minor leagues, to work his way into the league. He had a big game last night. Shows hard work can eventually pay off.
