• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Funk Over

Weber State Football and Men's basketball has been in a funk the last few days.
The mood seems dour and I hereby proclaim the funk to be over.

WSU has a legitimate chance to beat the Ewettes this year. The Ewettes are not very good this year so this is a chance to knock them off. According to one website I really like (www.rpiforecast.com), Weber has a 50% chance of beating them (when is the last time Weber had even odds against the Ewettes?).

Their big men have me concerned. Panos has to play huge this game and stay out of foul trouble. If WSU plays at least even with their bigs, Weber wins this game by 10.

The football team will be solid next year (better than this year). I think the new assistant coaches and fluke injuries early in the year led to 2-3 losses that otherwise would have been wins. I predict Weber wins the Big Sky next year, the auto bid and a top seed.

Go Wildcats!
