Here is the scenario it is the year 2020 Portland State has been in the WAC for five years and has sold out PGE Park (25,000 for this scenario) for a few years and Portland State announce plans to build there own Stadium what would you like to in it?

What would you like to see the endzone look like?
Should they have two rose on the 50-yard line?
Were would you like to see the stadium at?

I don't know, but definitely extensible. PSU and Portland will grow in the future. Something like this would be ideal:

Just a plain "Vikings" or "Portland State."

35,000 to 40,000 at start but must be able to be expandable to at least 65,000 for any slim chance of getting an NFL Team

I don't want to bust anyone's bubbles but I'm a realist and there is no way that Portland State University will have enough money in the next 5 years to be able to join the WAC. There are much more successfull teams at the FCS level for years with much more money that haven't been able eto make the jump to the FBS. This just isn't a realistic proposal.

Completely agree. PSU could actually be competitive on the field in many sports if they could join the WAC, but what people don't realize is how much money would be required to upgrade scholarship levels for football and all the women's sports.

That said, standards for FBS do change, and the trend has been for standards to be lowered. This continued trend makes it more and more possible for FCS teams to move up. It will be very interesting to see what the NCAA does when the moratorium is lifted.
