Game ball

I'd say Jordan West gets the game ball today. First career start, on the road no less, and he goes 20-27 for 288 yds and 3 tubs. Incredibly impressed by the way he handled business. It is incredibly reassuring to know we've got a guy who can step up and win a conference ge for us when we lose one of the most electric players in all of college football. Hell of an effort JW!

Runners up: Jalen Moore, Offensive line, Mario Brown
Most improved: defensive line
Also, Jake Miller had a great game.

3-0 in Conference! Great day to be an Eagle!

I said in the other thread that Moore on O and Gamboa on D get my game balls, but I really think this was an entire team win. West played great...a few over-throws here and there but overall I'll take the 20/27. That was really impressive. I felt like both lines dominated.

The nice thing is we'll get UNC at home next week and won't play a really tough game until maybe 2 weeks from now, so maybe we'll get some more guys back. 20 guys is too many.

The staff gets the game ball.

Backup QB on the road for his first start
No speed at LB
backups at cb and safety
freshman on DL

Back ups at kicker, running back, and if I heard Beau correctly, Cody didn't play either. We're a very good and very deep team right now who has not peaked whatsoever.
