In the Friday Journal, in the story recapping last year's ISU-PSU game it was mentioned specifically that kick off Saturday is set for 4PM Poky time.
I double checked to see if the time was changed and it has not.
Pregame on the radio begins at 5PM Poky time, kickoff is shortly after 6.
