Damn. Weber appears to have reloaded. They lost several key DL to the portal and haven't missed a beat. I have not seen any of their games but given their resume this season to date have to believe they are for real.

Any chance the Eag's took away any positives from last week? Had to pump them up a bit to play in the Swamp. Will say I thought we learned they could run the ball between the tackles. Without being to snide, anything EWU can do to keep the defense off the field feels like a good move. I have lots of thoughts on what we're seeing but we know where those lead.

I have an advisor who has a brother on Weber (a WR). He says Weber has a mental thing vs EWU that is concerning. Yes, he says defense is pretty good but offense is questionable, seems to have a problem getting into a flow. I got the feeling he feels better bout EWU in this game than I do. But then he has to be nice to me or he won't work for me. I trust his judgement.

Hope I can stay awake for the late game today. Not expecting any upsets in the BigSky. Wouldn't it be weird in N. Colo upset Sac St?

Eags at a 2 TD dog in this one. That hurts. Really don't know what to expect. If Eags get a couple of TO's, this one could be close. Good football weather in Ogden today.

Will they play Kekoa today? Kid has a big arm. Either way, QB will have to be mobile today to extend plays and the WR's definitely need to catch balls so the team doesn't get behind the sticks. I don't think Weber has a good offense but how good does it have to be with the defense we've seen so far. If Eags are able to control the ball with running game and strategic passing it will be interesting.

Eag's play UP today and make this a contest.
 
I don't think this is the game to play a rookie QB in. Besides, GT has not been playing poorly in the last couple of games so I think you stick with him until he shows he can't move the ball and then maybe try another option.

Is this game televised anywhere?
 
lucky, despite late start for you i find it hard to believe you, of all people, will fall asleep before this signature win on the last drive for EWU.

I don't think Weber looks that great for an undefeated team. We're hanging around and could actually get in a position to win this game if we can sustain a drive.
